The staff were very nice and friendly.
I had to use a shared bath room which was fine, but it was rather far away from my bedroom.

The hotel has pleasant staff members. the room is neat overall. - the location is absolutely perfect, just a short walk to shops, restaurants, public transport, the associated café, and the center of Wimbledon. - There is a great place nearby, All Bar One Wimbledon, where you can chill out.

The photos and description on the website were accurate. The hotel, rooms and breakfast area were very clean and were updated. Rooms were modest but all that was required. The staff were all friendly and helpful.

Close to Wimbledon station. Easy access to city for sight seeing trips and concert - straight down the district line bedroom very clean and comfortable
I was quoted £93/ night when I rang to enquire about facilities on the phone. I told the person I spoke to that it was £122/night online which could not be changed and was informed that it would be changed at the hotel. This was not so. If the call was recorded, this will confirm the arrangement.

room and breakfast are ok, location is good, only 5min walk from station and buses.staff very nice and helpful with directions. the room has all types of soaps, teas, etc, which is always nice.
the double bed only had acces from one side. it looks a bit like a religious hostel with the flowery paper in the walls. i think they should ask you if you want to be waken up for breakfast. they call everyone at 9am to ask if you are coming down, that woke us up, as we were planning to sleep 40 min more...

My wife and I stayed for two nights. The professionalism and friendliness of all the staff, from arrival up to the last breakfast, was excellent. Unfortunately the receptionist on duty (at check-out) the second day spoiled it for all the other staff members, as she was not on the same level. The cleanliness of the whole hotel and bedding/towels and especially the bathroom, is a big positive and is a value add to the room rate. Good English breakfast and free / safe off-street parking included in the rate, are also winners, when one compares the package to other hotels and B&B's!! The location can also not be beaten. One can travel with public transport (trains and busses) very comfortably and all the shops and restuarants are very close by.
Only the attitude of the receptionist on the day we checked out. She also was not aware of the internet ((Booked.net) rates.
